In January 2026, Sydney Wayser and John Isaac Watters opened the home they designed and built as GRANADA Echo Park, inviting the Los Angeles public into their personal space. The “in home” cafe became a new kind of third space where anyone can come and be together. Beyond the coffee program they offer a glimpse into their world. From their original furniture designs to the inviting garden space. A curated experience for all the senses.
